The ideal candidate will contribute to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all financial tasks. They will oversee the financial operations of the business and provide frequent financial reports. They will also assure strict adherence to financial regulations and compliance. Responsibilities: Financial Planning and strategy Develop long-term financial strategies Prepare budgets and financial forecasts Support executive leadership with strategic financial decisions Analyze financial risks and opportunities Budget Management Create and monitor departmental budgets Ensure spending aligns with company goals Control costs and improve profitability Financial Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Present financial performance to senior management or board members Ensure accuracy and transparency in reporting Cash Flow & Treasury Management Monitor cash flow and liquidity Manage banking relationships Optimize working capital and investments Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws Oversee audits and internal controls Minimize financial and operational risks Team Leadership Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams Improve team performance and financial processes Coordinate with HR and department heads on financial matters Performance Analysis Recommend improvements for revenue growth and efficiency Conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts ERP & Financial Systems OversightSupervise ERP implementation and optimization (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) Ensure e-invoicing integration and digital finance transformationQualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA qualification preferred.Minimum of 5 years of relevant financial experience, including supervisory roles in accounting.In-depth knowledge of financial and management accounting, including manufacturing costing, AR, AP, banking, inventory, revenue recognition, and balance sheet management.Strong understanding of cost accounting concepts and preparation of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement).Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems such as Oracle, and strong working knowledge of MS Office and reporting platforms.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.This role is based in Dammam, KSA and is ideal for a self-driven professional looking to take ownership of the finance function within a dynamic, global organization
