Simply click APPLY ONLINE and follow the steps to upload your application.YOUR MISSION:The Manager Finance Reporting & Accounting KSA plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial records, supporting business decisions, and maintaining compliance with Saudi regulations.This role is responsible for managing accounting operations, leading month-end closing activities, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations (VAT, Zakat, and Corporate Tax) in KSA.The role will be based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Accounting & Financial OperationsManage day-to-day accounting activities including AP, AR, and GLEnsure timely and accurate posting of invoices and journal entriesPrepare and post month-end journals (accruals, prepayments, leases, provisions, etc.)Maintain prepaid and accrual schedulesHandle employee-related accounting (payroll entries, expense reimbursements)Manage expense claims in line with company policiesPrepare debit notes for intercompany and supplier settlementsPerform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesSupport purchase order processes and financial controlsAssist in OPEX tracking, analysis, and cost controlSupport internal and external auditsAct as backup for Finance Manager when requiredMonth-End Closing & ReportingLead and ensure timely completion of month-end closing activitiesPrepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)Perform detailed GL and balance sheet reconciliationsConduct variance analysis vs. budget and prior periodsSupport management reporting (MIS) and business insightsEnsure compliance with IFRS and PUMA Group accounting policiesCoordinate with cross-functional teams to meet reporting deadlinesTaxation & Compliance (KSA Focus)Ensure full compliance with ZATCA regulationsManage VAT accounting, reconciliation, and filingSupport Zakat and Corporate Tax computations and submissionsEnsure compliance with e-invoicing (FATOORA) requirementsMaintain proper documentation for tax audits and inspectionsStay updated on Saudi tax laws and ensure timely implementationCompliance & Internal ControlsEnsure adherence to PUMA internal controls, policies, and proceduresMaintain accurate, complete, and auditable financial recordsStrengthen internal controls in line with corporate and local requirementsEnsure compliance with Saudi regulatory and statutory requirementsYOUR TALENT:EducationProfessional qualification (CA / ACCA / CPA / MBA in Finance)Experience3β6 years of experience in Finance / AccountingExperience in Saudi Arabia or GCC retail/FMCG environment preferredStrong exposure to VAT, Zakat, and tax compliance in KSACapabilitiesStrong knowledge of SAP / ERP systems and MS OfficeGood command of the English language; Arabic language proficiency is a plusGood understanding of IFRS and the Saudi tax frameworkStrong analytical and reporting skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailEffective communication and stakeholder managementTeam player with a proactive mindsetAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPUMA supports over 21,000 employees across 120+ countries.
