The ideal candidate will manage and control various financial and accounting systems and procedures of the company in accordance with internationally accepted standards, while monitoring internal controls to ensure financial stability, transparency, and accuracy across all financial operations. The role is responsible for managing financial operations, maintaining accounting records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring full compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and post accounting entries, payment vouchers, and monthly bank reconciliation statements.• Manage customer billing processes, supplier payments, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.• Process payroll and monitor inventory records accurately.• Prepare financial reports, budgets, financial statements, and project costing reports.• Analyze and review monthly and annual financial accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.• Monitor income and expenditure while providing variance analysis and budget control.• Develop and maintain accurate costing systems related to labor, production methods, and material supply.• Ensure all accounting records comply with international accounting standards and auditor requirements.• Analyze P&L and balance sheet accounts to identify key cost drivers and improve financial performance.• Recommend process and policy improvements to reduce costs and maximize profitability.• Support the accounting team with invoicing, capital expenditure, and financial operations.• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations, revenue recognition, and expense recording.• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide all required financial documents and reports.• Perform any additional accounting and financial duties assigned by management.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a Contracting Company within KSA.• Professional accounting certifications such as CA, CMA, CPA, or ACCA are preferred.• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards.• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.• Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
